When the typhoon center passes by, the wind will decrease or stay still for a period of time. Remember that the strong wind will suddenly blow, and you should continue to stay in a safe place to avoid the wind, and the dangerous people will be transferred in time.

  5. Relevant areas should pay attention to prevent flash floods and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy precipitation.

The budget is more than 100,000 yuan to buy a parent-child car. Is the polar fox koala worth considering?

Although there are not a few home-based models in the current market, more attention is paid to comprehensiveness. If the household is further subdivided, taking a baby is one of the most frequent scenes, and it is the model launched for this scene.

The appearance of polar fox koala is more round and full, more like a hatchback, but the actual positioning of this car is MPV, with the length, width and height of 4500/1870/1655mm respectively, which belongs to the standard compact size, but the wheelbase reaches 2820mm, and the interior space of the car is maximized through the design of four wheels and four corners. After all, it is more important for users who drive with their baby to be flexible and stop on urban roads.

The biggest highlight of the appearance of the polar fox koala is the electric sliding door on the right side, and it is standard in all departments. Compared with the side door, the side sliding door will have more advantages when facing some narrow parking spaces, and the cost will be higher, so this configuration will generally be equipped on medium-sized MPVs and medium-sized MPVs.

The interior design of the polar fox koala is relatively simple, equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument and a 14.6-inch central control panel. Except for the physical buttons on the steering wheel, the functions in the car are basically operated through the central control panel or voice.

There is a through design between the main driver and the co-pilot, which can also get in and out from the co-pilot when the main driver is inconvenient to get on and off, with higher flexibility.

Here is a clever design idea, that is, the middle bar, starting from the parent-child version (sub-top matching), can move back and forth, what is the role? For example, Bao Ma and her children are sitting in the second row, so they can move the bar to the back and set up a small table board, and they can feed the children or change diapers. In addition, the car refrigerator can also put some drinks at ordinary times, which is convenient for drinking in summer or winter.

The polar fox koala adopts a four-seat layout, and the second row is two independent seats. If you want a five-seat version, you can choose the koala S, which is an SUV. Personally, I think this layout is more practical than five seats. After all, it is a car with a baby, and the independent seat is more convenient and comfortable.

After moving the second row of seats to the rearmost position, the leg space can no longer be described as abundant, and it is no problem to straighten the legs directly. It is worth mentioning that this car was returned to the original children’s seat. Although there are many kinds of children’s seats on the market, it is not easy to choose one that is easy to use. The advantage of the original factory is that it is more suitable for the seat.

You can see many touch buttons on the right electric sliding door, including sliding door switch, seat back adjustment, air conditioning switch, volume adjustment and so on. The position of the roof is returned to the ultraviolet germicidal lamp. After children play outdoors, it is easy to bring bacteria into the car. Through this germicidal lamp, the car can be simply disinfected.

In terms of interior materials, the polar fox koala uses a large number of environmentally-friendly materials, which will not produce harmful substances such as odor, formaldehyde and benzene. Although it may not be as good as leather materials in terms of creating a sense of luxury, it will never feel cheap to the touch. It can be said that this car is really careful for health.

The polar fox koala is equipped with a 120 kW and 240 Nm drive motor. If it is viewed from the parameters alone, it is not excellent as an electric car, but the power performance is not the selling point of this car. As a parent-child car, it pays more attention to ride comfort. In this respect, the polar fox koala will not make people feel carsick when actually experiencing it, but also for the children in the car.

The whole system is equipped with 58.8 kWh Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited Group, and the cruising range under CLTC condition is 500 kilometers. This car is mainly used in urban car scenes, so the cruising range is completely sufficient.

It can be said that the polar fox koala is a car with very distinctive characteristics. It is further subdivided on the basis of home use, with parent-child behavior as the main selling point, and it has excellent performance in the aspects of space practicality, healthy cockpit and ride comfort that everyone values. In terms of sales volume, two or three thousand units can be sold every month, which is quite good for this segment. If you want to buy an artifact with a baby for your home, polar fox koala can consider it.

The best of us broke 200 million. Is this the best youth film?

Special feature of 1905 film network The one-day box office champion in the past three days is not a Hollywood blockbuster, not directed by Jing Wong, but a less eye-catching youth film — — .

From the fourth place on the first day of the film’s release, the cumulative box office reached 232 million, which has occupied the first place in the box office list for three consecutive days, which surprised many people.

At the beginning of the release, some media revealed that "The Best of Us" was suspected to have a large number of "ghost fields" and was suspected of flooding the box office. This news was also forwarded by Weibo of Jing Wong, the director of the film Chasing the Dragon 2 in the same period.Later, the film released a statement saying that this phenomenon was caused by system problems or special reasons in individual cinemas, and there was no "box office water injection".

At present, this incident is still inconclusive, but judging from the current box office of "The Best of Us", the film has surpassed that released on Valentine’s Day, second only to 354 million, becoming the second highest-grossing youth film this year. A ticketing platform also predicted its box office to reach 379 million.

Massive attack

How does "The Best of Us" achieve a counterattack?

From the distribution of "Want to See" data published by a ticketing platform, it is not difficult to see that the female audience after 95 or even 00 is the core audience of "The Best of Us". The proportion of female audience who "want to see" accounts for 76.5%, and the proportion of audience under the age of 24 also reaches 74.2%.

This portrait is very different from the Chinese film "Chasing the Dragon 2" released in the same period. The latter wants to see that 69.9% of the users are men, and the audience over 25 also accounts for 54%.

The Best of Us caters well to the needs of the target audience from the film itself to the publicity focus.

Different from the pain-related youth films that prevailed in previous years, from The Best of Us, Hello, Old Times to Warm Hours for Us, the theme of campus sweet pets has always been the explosion machine of youth dramas. This is the reason why the drama version of "The Best of Us" is so popular, and the shadow version also strengthens the "sweetness" in the characters and plot settings.

The interaction between Yu Huai, the hero and heroine, and Geng Yan emphasizes "sprinkling sugar" and "CP sense". In the second half, Yu Huai’s leaving without saying goodbye is a routine, but it won the essence of the romantic film "there is abuse in sweetness and sugar in abuse", which provides a good emotional outlet for female audiences who cherish their youth and look forward to love.

Compared with the films of the same period, The Best of Us is also more strategic in propaganda.

First of all, combined with the hot topic of "College Entrance Examination", a feature clip of "The Teacher’s Last Reminder before the College Entrance Examination" was posted on Tik Tok Hot Search, which aroused many "memory killings" and the related videos were praised more than one million times.

Similar to movies such as Sad Than, Ex 3, the promotion of The Best of Us on social networking sites also focuses on the selling point of "tears".

During the road show, the pictures moved by tears of audiences of all ages received high comments and praises, which achieved good sinking communication effect.

Although "The Best of Us" was not as good as "Chasing the Dragon 2" on the first day, it surpassed "Chasing the Dragon 2" on the third day due to the continuous fermentation of publicity and word of mouth, and finally ranked first in the box office of Chinese films in the Dragon Boat Festival. In the following working days, the film also completed a one-day box office counterattack against X-Men: Dark Phoenix.

It is worth mentioning that "Dark Phoenix" and "Chasing the Dragon 2" both belong to sequels, with Zhu Yu as the predecessor, and the audience had high hopes for the sequel, but the quality of the two films failed to meet expectations, resulting in the collapse of word of mouth, with only 7.1 points and 7.6 points on the ticketing platform.

On the other hand, "The Best of Us" was not optimistic before its release, but because the quality of the film was acceptable, people had a sense of surprise beyond expectations. Although Douban scored only 5.8 points, the scores of the two major ticketing platforms both exceeded 8 points, far exceeding the new films in the same period, and it is not difficult to understand the box office counterattack.

IP magic remains the same.

What is the "best" youth film?

In 2013, Zhao Wei’s directorial debut won 726 million box office with an investment of 60 million yuan, and it is still one of the most popular Chinese youth films. The low-cost and high-return mode of "To Youth" has also caused capital to flock, which has ignited a large number of homogenized youth film projects.

In June 2013, it was released and won 484 million box office. In the next two years, Tiny Times 2, 3, and 4 were released intensively. Although word-of-mouth disputes continued, the second film with the lowest box office also accounted for 296 million.

In 2014, it was released one after another, and the box office was around 500 million. Coupled with the following films, such as "To Youth 2" and "Looking at Paradise with Trees in Summer", youth films ushered in a concentrated outbreak in 15 or 16 years.

Most of these youth films follow the formula of "IP adaptation of hot youth literature+starring traffic stars+derailment, car accident, abortion and other extreme plots". While achieving high box office and high return on investment, they are gradually consuming the enthusiasm of the audience.

For a time, bad movies and dog blood almost became synonymous with youth movies.

In 2017, youth films entered a trough, with the highest box office of only 64.85 million, which failed to exceed 100 million. Adapted from the sum of popular IP, the box office has not exceeded 10 million mark. The audience has entered the aesthetic fatigue period for this type of youth film.

At the same time, the popularity of a number of online dramas such as "The Best of Us" has also provided new ideas for the creation of youth films.

In August 2016, Chang ‘an’s online novel "The Best of Us" was remake into an online drama of the same name, starring Haoran Liu and Seven, and scored a super high score of 8.9. The cumulative broadcast volume of the whole network reached 3.34 billion, making it a phenomenal youth drama of that year.

The popularity of the drama The Best of Us is not only due to the sense of CP that Haoran Liu and Seven, a pair of "bitter CP", overflow the screen, but also because of the delicate and realistic description of high school life in novels and scripts.

There are no extreme conflicts or painful youth such as abortion, car accidents and violence, but only simple school life such as military training, examinations, placement of arts and sciences, chorus, and ignorant love.

It is under the joint action of "casting the fairy" and the story of grounding gas that "The Best of Us" successfully had a chemical effect with the audience, which made the nostalgic feelings of the post-80 s and 90 s realize a concentrated outbreak.

This time, the film version of "The Best of Us" also continued the success rule of the drama version. Although the actors’ acting skills and adult passages have caused a lot of controversy, and the overall quality is not as amazing as the drama version, the natural display of high school life is still the key factor to impress the audience.

This is also reflected in another youth film explosion "Teacher Good" this year. The film looks back at the post-80s youth from the teacher’s perspective in a unique way. Although there is nothing outstanding in the drama and shooting techniques, it still successfully touches the audience with its realistic plot and high degree of restoration.

From "Flash Girl" to "Teacher Good", the youth films that have been well received in recent years are increasingly showing a trend of "returning to reality", which arouses the audience’s sense of substitution and emotional resonance with grounded plots and characters. After all, for most people, youth is not so vigorous, but only those simple little things.

In the casting of the leading role, it is no longer just a matter of flow. More and more youth films boldly use new actors with a "sense of youth" and no longer use the so-called star act young to perform. The theme is no longer limited to love, but extends to more dimensions such as family, friendship and teacher-student relationship.

For youth films, IP and traffic are not original sins, and there is no universal law for scripts. In the era when quality is king, the success of youth films will return to the simplest two words — — Good-looking.

After all, there is "the best of us" in the youth, so it is naturally not allowed to trample on bad movies at will.

Test drive BMW i5: both brand inheritance and keeping pace with the times.

?At present, new energy vehicles are all the rage in the mainland market. It is reported that from January to July 2024, the global sales of new energy passenger cars were about 8.48 million, of which 5.55 million were in China, accounting for 65.5% of the global market share. Therefore, automobile brands that have been deeply cultivated in the domestic market for many years, both independent brands and joint venture brands, are actively deploying new energy fields, and even BMW, an iconic high-end luxury brand of fuel vehicles, is no exception. Today, let’s talk about this 5-series pure electric model launched by BMW at the beginning of this year-and see what its experience is?

?

First of all, in terms of styling, BMW i5 still incorporates some electric elements on the basis of its classic brand image. The shape of the coupe is more popular with young consumers. The front face is still a classic kidney grille with angel eye headlights, and the two sides of the lower enclosure are decorated with L-shaped chrome trim strips, and the BMW i5 is also inlaid with the "I" logo at the closed grille, and there is also a circle of blue lines around the grille, which is different from the fuel version 5 Series.

The vehicle size is 5175x1900x1520 mm and the wheelbase is 3105 mm. Compared with the previous generation, the wheelbase is slightly shorter, but the overall size is longer.

The interior space of the BMW i5 is still very interesting, both in terms of technological attributes and luxury temperament. The configuration of the center console is very simple, with color-changing atmosphere lights and wooden decorative boards.

?

The large-size dual screen of central control, including 12.3-inch full LCD instrument and 14.9-inch central control screen, has a clear display effect and excellent overall impression, and its system fluency is not inferior to that of domestic new energy vehicles.

?

In addition, the number of physical buttons in the BMW i5 car is further reduced, and more touch operation is adopted, which is in line with the trend of the new energy era.

?

The seats of BMW i5 are all wrapped in leather, and the comfort is quite good. Although there is no seat massage, the support is sufficient. Thanks to the wheelbase of more than 3 meters, the rear leg space of this car is quite ample, and the seat filling is soft and the wrapping is good. The mobile phone in the central armrest box charges wirelessly, but it does not support fast charging.

Powered by an upgraded fifth-generation eDrive electric drive system, BMW i5 offers two power versions, eDrive 40 and M60 xDrive. Among them, the entry model is equipped with a rear motor with a maximum power of 340 HP and a peak torque of 430 Nm, with an acceleration time of 6.0 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a top speed of 193 km/h; The M60 xDrive with stronger performance is equipped with dual motors, with a maximum power of 601 HP and a peak torque of 820 Nm, and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h is reduced to 3.8 seconds. In terms of battery life, thanks to the 81.2kWh high-voltage battery pack, the pure electric cruising range of BMW i5 can reach 536km to 567km, which is enough to meet the needs of long-distance travel. Moreover, the suspension system and chassis of BMW i5 are also remarkable, which is very stable to control and can also bring a stable and comfortable ride experience to the rear passengers during the driving of the vehicle.

?

On the whole, the BMW i5 is still the BMW in everyone’s mind. It has the design texture precipitated by the BMW family for many years, and it has the temperament that a luxury brand should have, both in appearance and interior. In addition, its localization elements are also doing quite well, and stacking materials in the new energy era is also a full plus. Therefore, BMW i5 will be a good choice for users who want luxury driving experience and a new energy vehicle.

Small clinics reflect the era of society running medical universities.

The recent coordinates of "Emergency Superwoman" Yu Ying often appear in Chengdu.

Since November 2018, when the Beijing Waterfront Neighborhood Clinic, which she founded for two years, was acquired by Penguin Almond Clinic, Yu Ying also joined the senior management team of Penguin Almond Group and was busy with the upgrade of Chengdu Penguin Doctor Clinic.

Located in Shuian South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the clinic is the first chain community clinic that Yu Ying originally planned to build, which is positioned as minor emergency and general medical home care. What the industry didn’t expect was that it merged into the penguin almond territory so quickly.

Earlier in August 2018, the Penguin Doctor and the Almond Doctor merged, and the merged Penguin Almond included 33 clinics covering 8 cities.

The clinic industry, which was originally at the end of China’s medical system, has ushered in the best development stage in recent years. The top-level design unties the policy for the development of clinic industry. However, many forces continue to increase the investment and construction of clinics, and the commercial tide of clinics has never really declined.

"In the field of non-public medical investment, if a hospital is established, the investment of the hospital is heavy. A hospital needs hundreds of millions of funds, and the cultivation period is long, while the investment in clinics is much smaller and the market demand is great." Xie Rushi, chairman of Shenzhen Shangyihui Health Management Co., Ltd. told the health sector.

At present, in addition to a number of companies, the main way to lay out offline medical care is clinics, such as penguin almonds, micro-medicine, lilac gardens, etc. Doctor V, foreign-funded medical institutions, listed companies and even central enterprises have all invested in the clinic field in the past two years.

For a time, the wind and cloud will meet. The clinic world is more lively than ever. The number of clinics in China is increasing by 6,000 ~ 7,000/year, and there are no fewer than 60 new chain clinic brands that have obtained financing from 2010 to 2018. The vigorous development of clinics also reflects the new opportunities for Chinese society to run medicine in the new period.

Incoming person asked

Is running a clinic a good business? Should our doctors leave the system to open a clinic? How to realize the commercial landing of the clinic and how to solve its payment problem? Be a high-end clinic or a low-end clinic?

According to the business objects, there are six main types of clinics: community clinics within the government system, individual clinics, chain-operated clinics, clinics with Internet medical enterprises, doctors’ brand clinics with personal IP, and clinics with large medical groups.

In May this year, the National Health and Wellness Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Medical Insurance Bureau formulated the Opinions on Promoting the Development of Clinics, proposing to pilot in ten major cities and change the examination and approval of clinics into filing management.

In accordance with the requirements of the document, doctors who have been practicing in medical institutions for five years and obtained intermediate or above titles are encouraged to set up specialized clinics full-time or part-time. Coupled with the gradual spread of doctors and nurses’ multi-point practice, theoretically, the source of talents in clinics has channels, and more doctors will have the conditions to enter the clinic industry.

Xie Rushi told the health sector that when doctors go to the market to start their own businesses, the clinic is indeed a good way to cut in, with low cost and controllable risks.

However, Xie Rushi, who has served the public medical system for many years and participated in the formation of a doctor group and joined the society to run a doctor, also said that doctors and operators in the clinic should be separated. "Doctors are doctors, operators are operators, and doctors can be transformed into operation managers, but it is difficult to hold two positions, except for individual clinics. The new clinics that are truly commercialized must achieve the separation of the above identities."

Although it is not mature enough, the clinic industry has shown a diversified pattern. No matter whether it is a low-cost route or a high-end play, there are typical cases, and it shows distinct regionality.

The ten pilot cities of this filing system are: Beijing, Shenyang, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Xi ‘an. "Obviously, the north, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, plus six provincial capital cities, are all cities with good social medical environment and relatively rich doctor resources." Xie Rushi analyzed.

However, it is also one of the top ten pilot cities, and the different regional characteristics of its clinic development are very distinct.

Chengdu model: cheap chain small clinic

The focus of Yu Ying’s work in 2019 is to transform and upgrade the Penguin Doctor Clinic in Chengdu. Chengdu is a strategic place in clinic. As early as 2015, there were nearly 4,000 clinics in Chengdu, ranking second in the country.

Gao Zhe, the founder of the clinic lock industry, thinks that in terms of clinic development, many places are still "from 0 to 1" and are talking about how to build a clinic, but in Chengdu, there has been some competition among clinics. At present, brands are concentrated in the core area of Chengdu, and there is an oversupply, so the competition of Chengdu clinic brands is also very fierce.

"So if you don’t visit Chengdu as a chain clinic, I think it is a pity."

Gao Zhe suggested developing clinic practitioners in other cities and looking at the local market in comparison with Chengdu. The first is the policy, whether doctors are really open to practice more, whether companies can register clinics, and whether there are good policies on the department setting of clinics.

The second is to look at the concentration of local medical resources. Chengdu’s medical resources are relatively concentrated, and residents in most areas are far away from seeing a doctor; At the same time, as the center of the southwest, a large number of people gather in Chengdu, and residents in the urban-rural fringe or on the edge of Chengdu have no place to go to see a doctor, so the demand for clinics has become just needed.

How long is the break-even period of the clinic? The health sector has collected the opinions of dozens of clinic operators all over the country, and the answers are mostly concentrated in three to five years. The shortest answer comes from Dr. Lu in Chengdu.

Lv Fengping, founder of Dr. Lu’s chain clinic in Chengdu, said that the breakeven of the clinic is at most one year. "Therefore, we must strictly control costs and ensure that medical services that can meet the needs of grassroots units are provided at low cost."

Dr. Lu and other well-run clinics in Chengdu market have similar characteristics, such as small single store area, strict cost control and chain operation.

Huang Xianjin, the founder of Xiezhuo Medical, also in Chengdu, has more than 20 years of experience in primary clinics. In 2012, in order to explore the future direction, Huang Xianjin also studied MBA. Huang Xianjin said that this period of time has become a turning point for himself, and it is clear that the chain-like brand clinic is the future development direction, and he officially began to explore the chain-like model of the clinic that suits him.

Huang Xianjin turned all the big clinics out, leaving only the small clinics. This kind of operation mode has the advantages of low cost of opening a store, quick recovery, quick replication, low cost of trial and error, and easy investment and financing. For patients, the operating cost is low, the customer unit price is low, and the cost performance is very high under the premise of ensuring the quality of medical services.

Like chain hotpot restaurants, clinics in Chengdu take a cost-effective route. Gao Zhe put forward the theory of "Chengdu model" and gave the operating parameters of Chengdu model clinics.

Source: Gao Zhe, the clinic.

According to the survey of the health sector, among the top ten pilot cities, there is nothing more "affordable" than opening a clinic in Chengdu. In Nanjing, the capital city, the founder of a general practice clinic said that although it is not convenient to disclose specific data, its single store investment and break-even period greatly exceed the "Chengdu model". Kong Xiangjun, executive director of Taibao Pediatrics, the first professional pediatric clinic in Nanjing, told the health sector that his pediatric clinic invested about 4 million yuan in a single store, and the break-even time was expected to be two to three years.

Internet model: online and offline linkage

Hangzhou is one of the cities with a good social environment for medical treatment. In fact, as early as 2014, the Hangzhou government issued implementation opinions on promoting the development of health service industry and encouraged individuals to open clinics. At the same time, Hangzhou’s rich internet entrepreneurial atmosphere has led to a number of offline clinics hatched by Internet medical enterprises, such as Lilac Clinic, Micro-medicine General Practice Center, and good doctors next door.

But looking at the whole country, Internet medical care is not the only one in Hangzhou. Almond doctors from Shanghai and penguin doctors rooted in Chengdu must have names. The merger of the above two companies in August last year made today’s Penguin Almond Group more eye-catching.

In April this year, Penguin Almond completed a new round of financing of US$ 250 million. According to CEO Wang Shirui, nearly 50 clinics that Penguin Almond has landed in the country currently cover general clinics, centers, specialist clinics and other formats. In 2021, Penguin Almond plans to deploy more than 500 offline medical institutions.

That is, in the next 2-3 years, from 50 to 500, Penguin Almond will give the rapid expansion schedule of offline medical institutions. "Based on our rich experience in site selection, construction, license acquisition, physician training and marketing of offline medical institutions, a relatively mature management and operation system has been initially formed," Penguin Almond said.

The leading investors in this round of financing include Tencent and Country Garden Venture Capital, and they still get a large amount of financing in the cold winter of capital, which itself shows that the capital side has a firm endorsement attitude towards the industry prospects.

Penguin Almond Group aims to build a complete network of online and offline medical institutions, from online internet medical care to offline primary medical care, specialist centers and surgery centers, and build a complete business model of medical associations. "We will restructure an orderly and accessible medical system through self-construction or mergers and acquisitions."

Beijing-Shanghai Model: Leveraging Mature Commercial Insurance

Unlike Chengdu, Beijing and Shanghai are rich in medical resources and have a complete medical supporting system. In such a first-tier city, high-end clinics can survive better, Xie Rushi believes.

Lanhai Clinic is located in Lujiazui World Trade Center, Shanghai, which used to be the tallest building in China and now the fifth building in China, and is one of the most expensive commercial buildings in Shanghai. The comprehensive outpatient department of Lanhai Clinic, which is located in the high-end foreign affairs, has a single area of more than 10,000 square meters.

According to the information, Lanhai Clinic has three floors, covering an area of over 10,000 square meters. At present, there are 16 specialized departments such as general practice, internal medicine, surgery, stomatology and dermatology, and there will be special outpatient clinics such as orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine and 24-hour pediatrics in the future; There are also two daytime operation centers, as well as several characteristic centers such as endoscopy center and optometry center.

The health sector calls the outpatient department to get a pricing, and the same department first visits 800 yuan and then visits 500 yuan. If it is necessary to make an appointment with a senior expert, the registration fee is 3,000 to 5,000 yuan.

Lanhai Medical behind Lanhai Clinic is a medical industry investment service enterprise listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange. At present, the second high-end comprehensive outpatient department, Yihe Lanhaimen Clinic, built by Lanhai Medical Center, has also landed, and it is located in Huaihai Road business district, where the rent is equally expensive.

Wang Haijun, the dean of these two clinics, said that diversified medical models to meet the needs of different groups will increasingly become a choice for people, but supporting commercial insurance is indispensable.

He revealed that in terms of the support of commercial insurance, Lanhai Medical has an advantage, that is, relying on the resources of the entire Lanhai Group and joining hands with Shanghai Life Insurance, it strives to build and penetrate the industrial chain of its own related medical business, forming a business insurance introduction to promote medical promotion, and medical promotion feeds back market transformation, thus promoting the virtuous circle of commercial insurance promotion, which is also called "medical insurance linkage" by him.

At present, the two outpatient clinics of Lanhai Medical have been docked with more than 20 commercial insurance companies.

Lanhai Medical is a microcosm of high-end clinics rooted in first-tier cities with relatively rich and perfect medical resources. Xie Rushi expressed greater affirmation to the development of clinic industry in Beijing and Shanghai. He believes that the development of clinics in Guangzhou and Shenzhen has not matched its status as a city at the forefront of reform. "Compared with the development of clinics in Beijing and Shanghai, there is still a gap." The biggest reason is that commercial insurance in Beijing and Shanghai is more developed.

Caesar mode: closed-loop emergence

In fact, commercial insurance not only provides payment for high-end clinics, but also commercial insurance companies themselves have set foot in clinics.

On May 18, 2018, Taikang Life Insurance invested more than 2 billion yuan to acquire 51.56% equity of Baibo Dental, and Baibo Dental’s net profit continued to lose money in the past two years; In 2017, its operating income was 1.434 billion yuan and its net profit loss was 793 million yuan.

The acquisition of high-end chain medical institutions has become an important way for Taikang to land "medical insurance+medical services". "Building a closed loop between medical insurance and medical services is conducive to reducing medical costs." Chen Dongsheng, Chairman and CEO of Taikang Insurance Group, compared the American Caesars medical model and described the development prospect of Taikang.

Caesars Medical Group is the creator of HMO model in the United States, the largest HMO in the United States at present, and the originator of managed medical care. Its "medical+insurance" operation mode, that is, after selling insurance products to customers, the enterprise is not only the provider of medical services, but also the payer of medical expenses, and the benefit of doctors and patients is called integrated medical care.

"Caesar model should be the most well-known and respected American’ medical+insurance’ industrial model in China industry, and its experience and lessons have a strong reference significance for the development direction of health insurance industry in China." Wang Guangying, executive partner of Fuxin Investment, believes.

Taikang relies on the background of insurance capital, integrates the resources of big health industry, and pushes forward the downstream industry in depth. In order to further advance in pediatrics, rehabilitation, hospice care and other specialized fields, the acquisition of chain medical entities such as Baibo Dental has become an important way for Taikang to land "medical insurance+medical services". In this way, Taikang can form a closed loop of "health insurance and medical services".

In an interview with the health sector, Wang Shirui said many times that the benchmark of Penguin Almond Group is also Caesar model. At present, Penguin Almond Group plans to cooperate with commercial insurance companies, integrate insurance product resources, and launch HMO-type medical insurance financial solutions for Penguin doctor customers, so as to reduce customers’ medical expenses through scientific and perfect health management services and fee control mechanisms.

Also to the health sector, there is the establishment of soldiers by the president of China Resources Medical. As a medical group with the background of central enterprises and a listed company, China Resources Medical has played a big game on medical services, and the relying point is its quietly laid-out fast clinic.

As early as a few years ago, China Resources Medical has quietly opened an Urgent Care Clinic in Shunyi, Beijing. Since December 2015, China Resources Phoenix, the predecessor of China Resources Medical, has introduced a brand-new UCC express clinic model, aiming at creating a number of community clinics with good medical service quality and affordable prices.

In 2017, China Resources Phoenix opened 10 UCC express clinics in Yanshan District, Beijing, imitating the model of American express clinics, and uniformly upgraded the service environment and service process of its community health service centers (stations).

Under Caesar’s medical system, the convenience clinics in the United States are mainly based on commercial insurance and self-funded payment. At first, UCC of China Resources Phoenix relied on the reconstruction of existing community health service centers, guided by the service price of public community medical institutions, and paid mainly by urban residents’ medical insurance.

However, commercial insurance is still the direction of UCC’s cooperation. At that time, Wu Potao, executive director and chief executive officer of China Resources Phoenix, publicly stated that China’s medical group and health insurance have great strategic synergy space, and China Resources Phoenix is willing to cooperate with health insurance companies in multiple dimensions. He specifically pointed out that it was the UCC business of China Resources Phoenix that sent a warm invitation to insurance companies.

Play prediction: rural areas surround cities

Obviously, whether it is insurance companies, medical groups with the background of central enterprises or internet medical care, many domestic institutions regard "Caesar Medical" as the standard.

The author once lived in the United States from 2012 to 2014, and the active activity area is Silicon Valley in Northern California, which is in the core coverage area of Caesars Medical.

There are 38 hospitals under Caesar Group, and the area of each hospital is covered with medical centers for outpatient service. There are more than 600 medical centers in the United States, that is, clinics.

When I lived in Silicon Valley, I learned that some big companies, such as Google and Facebook, even invited Caesar to open a clinic in their company and sent doctors to provide services for their employees.

In the process of giving birth in 2013, all the prenatal examinations and postpartum reexaminations were completed in the clinic of the doctor of my choice, and I didn’t go to the hospital where the doctor cooperated until I gave birth, and I experienced the indispensability of the clinic around me in Caesar’s model.

As Wang Guangying said, under the guidance of the "Healthy China" program, Caesars Medical, as the originator and successful model of managed medical care and HMO, deserves in-depth study and reference from the medical industry and health insurance industry in China.

China Resources Medical tries to establish a regional cooperative medical system, focusing on a graded diagnosis and treatment system and a new type of community service diagnosis and treatment chain system (UCC Express Clinic), so as to increase the accessibility and affordability of patients in the areas covered by the RIDS medical cooperation system.

Taikang is far from the only insurance company that exerts the synergistic effect of insurance and medical care. Taking Ping An Group as an example, it focuses on the "big medical health" industry, including medical services, medical insurance, commercial insurance and health cloud, and realizes online and offline integration through carriers such as Ping An Good Doctor and Wanjia Clinic, integrates multi-party medical resources, and builds a whole-process health management and medical service platform.

Even the chain clinics that started with doctors’ personal entrepreneurship and eventually became a climate all hold the goal of integrating into RIDS. The founder of Dr. Lu in Chengdu said that in the future, Dr. Lu should be "ubiquitous and accessible" and truly solve the problem of "difficulty in seeing a doctor" at the doorstep of ordinary people.

It is estimated that in the next 10 years, the domestic primary health care market will reach more than 3 trillion yuan, and the growth rate will exceed 20%. At this growth rate, there will be a cheap clinic next to every two hot pot restaurants in Chengdu in the future.

Gao Zhe believes that compared with first-tier cities, more opportunities are given to large institutions, and the real opportunities for clinics in the future are in third-and fourth-tier cities, because the health needs of residents in third-and fourth-tier cities are the same. Under the circumstances of lower cost, easier site selection and easier increase in outpatient service, the "rural encircling the city" may be really good.

The diversified medical model to meet the needs of different groups needs multi-participation, and only by realizing accessibility and affordability can the clinic, as the end of the medical system, undertake its due mission in building a healthy China era.

In the film, the protagonist takes Xiao Hong’s maverick life experience as a clue to show a historical culture with China characteristics, and the film’s interpretation of the "golden age" is quite meaningful. When people go through hardships or difficulties, people will always feel dissatisfied or panic. When people look back at that difficult time, they will inevitably feel that maybe it was our "golden age".

This time, the interaction between the art world and the real estate industry, by watching this China 2014 best Chinese literary film — — A film with cultural connotation and epochal significance, through reviewing the "golden age", makes everyone relive the outlook on life, world view and art of a "golden age". In the scene of the film, Harbin, Qingdao, Hong Kong and other cities where the hero actually lived are taken as real scenes, and under the background of war, home and country, through the cultural interpretation of the charm of the people’s national conditions, it also triggered the audience’s development and development of the city. Combined with the current culture and real estate situation, it has also produced deep thinking and resonance in the cross-border interaction between real estate and art circles — — How to better implant and combine culture with real estate?

At the same time, this cross-border interactive activity coincides with the social responsibility of the Cultural Real Estate Committee of China Real Estate Research Association, aiming at promoting the development strategy of the national cultural industry and enhancing the soft power of the country, reviving the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, absorbing the advanced culture of the world, building a real estate core value system with culture as its spiritual connotation, and based on transformation and upgrading, forming a new industrial model of cross-border combination, symbiosis and integration of cultural industry and real estate industry, while enhancing humanistic value and commercial value and entering normal operation. Through the definition of cultural real estate, and how to implant China’s characteristic culture and classic culture into a healthy real estate development mechanism, this activity also attracted people’s attention to the topic of how to rebuild a "golden age" in which real estate, design and even cultural circles joined hands across borders while digging deep into cultural connotations.

Past lives of China Business Daily, a media empire.

The original master folder planet is included in the topic # 10 folder cultures.
Potential pushes people, people accomplish things, and legends are made by actions.

"Chinese Business Daily" has changed its owner again.

On September 30th, Huawen Media Investment Group in Hainan announced that it would transfer its 100% equity of Shaanxi Huashang Media Group to Xi ‘an Qujiang Culture and Finance Holding Group.

Today, the group’s most valuable assets, one is Huang Majia Logistics, which was born out of newspaper distribution, and the other is several properties it bought at its development peak.

As for the advertising business of China Business Daily itself, it has dropped to the second place.

Under related reports, some readers left a message saying: We can’t understand it, and we can’t control it. I just hope that Shaanxi can have very influential local media. Look at a mango in Changsha.

The feelings of regret and expectation are beyond words, just like countless people’s development of Xi ‘an.

If time goes back ten years, Huashang Media Group will still be the media empire of China, not only ranking first in newspaper circulation and advertising revenue in this province, but also operating media business across provinces and countries.

Beijing, Tianjin, Changchun, Shenyang, Chongqing, as far away as South Africa, at the peak, the group owned seven newspapers, five periodicals and five networks, with a daily newspaper circulation of more than 2 million copies and an annual advertising revenue of over 1 billion yuan.

Looking at Shaanxi, the brands that can be well-known in the whole country, except xifeng liquor, are the Chinese business.

However, the tide of the times is turbulent, and the waves are fierce. With the rise of new Internet media, traditional paper media have been photographed on the beach. The printing press of Huashang Daily has also slowed down, and its influence is far less than before.

Newsstands are no longer visible in the streets of Xi ‘an, and the function of people’s fingers has changed from turning newspapers to sliding mobile phones. ……

In the face of historical inevitability, there is no need to lament, and preserving that full memory is the warmest tribute.

01. The birth of a prefix

The story begins with the return of Hong Kong in 1997.

Shaanxi Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese) has an internal magazine "Overseas Chinese Voice Times", which was later renamed "Huashang Daily" and distributed to the market.

Why is it called "China Business Daily"? Returned overseas Chinese are mainly businessmen. After the reform and opening up, China attached great importance to overseas Chinese investment, and all provinces have returned overseas Chinese, which was a very important unit in that year.

However, due to poor management, only 3,000 or 4,000 copies of Huashang Daily were issued, with a loss of 10 million yuan. In 1997, the superior was prepared to ask it to close down.

The newspaper was reluctant to part with this asset, so it decided to recruit talents and carry out a thorough reform.

The man who came to rescue was named Zhang Fuhan, a native of Huxian County, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1957 and joined the army at the age of 19. He worked as a press officer in Lanzhou Military Region and was good at photography. In the self-defense counterattack against Vietnam, he went to the front line of Laoshan to report and made military achievements.

In 1987, Zhang transferred to Shaanxi Daily, served as the stationmaster of Yulin reporter station and director of the photography department of the newspaper, and was later promoted to deputy editor-in-chief of Sanqin Metropolis Daily, a subsidiary of Shaanxi Daily.

It was during this period that his life was changed because of a setback in the workplace.

It was in 1995 that a newspaper, Huaxi Dushi Bao, was born in Chengdu. It put forward the concept of serving the citizens wholeheartedly, provided the news that the people needed, and operated completely according to the market, which opened the era of China media’s metropolis daily.

When Zhang Fuhan went to inspect, he was greatly shocked. When he came back, he wanted Sanqin Metropolis Daily to learn from others’ commercialization model. It’s a pity that this place in Shaanxi, the concept is more than the loess, and it is difficult to advance. His plan can’t be put into practice, and he is very annoyed.

At this time, China Business Daily took a fancy to him. He resolutely gave up his iron rice bowl, resigned and jumped ship. When the rumor left, he dropped a sentence: If Sanqin can be done well, I will jump from the tallest building in Xi ‘an.

An enterprising person is waiting for an opportunity. Just as Wei did not need Shang Yang, Shang Yang defected to Qin and became a great cause for a thousand years.

In 1997, 40-year-old Zhang Fuhan became the editor-in-chief of China Business Daily. Liu Dongming, director of the news department of Sanqin Metropolis Daily, left with him, and they became business partners.

△ Zhang Fuhan (left) accepts Sohu’s visit.

The newspaper began a comprehensive revision, from 8 pages published on Tuesday to 12 pages published on Saturday, but the price is still 50 cents, and there is no increase in the quantity. Later, it was changed to a daily newspaper, and the layout was increased to 60 pages at most, which was a thick stack.

Pay attention to service and practicality in the content, and the topic planning is closely related to the lives of ordinary people, such as the charging of primary and secondary education, bicycle theft in the city, employment of laid-off workers ….. spread citizen information and tell citizen stories.

Reflect the problem and solve it at the same time. In September 1997, shortly after the revision, Huashang Daily launched a social fund-raising activity, raising more than 300,000 yuan, which solved the problem of more than 120 poor female college students’ difficulty in going to school.

In November 1998, 10 directors of departments in Shaanxi Province and Xi ‘an City were invited to the newspaper office to answer people’s complaints and solve the problems on the spot, which caused a good response.

Zhang Fuhan, a photojournalist, attached great importance to photo news and put forward the method of "big photos, short articles and eye-catching titles". The headline of a newspaper is often a big photo, which goes straight to the hottest event.

△ In 1998, it was reported that Clinton visited Xi ‘an.

To achieve a goal: let readers decide to pay for newspapers within five steps and three seconds from the newsstand.

Later, the "headline party" appeared in the new media, and the purpose was to attract readers at first sight.

In fact, no matter how the media platform changes, what the public likes will never change. Someone concluded that what the law doesn’t like to show the public is what the public likes to see.

Hua Shang Bao likes to publish lively and exciting contents such as street stories, conflicts between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, leadership disputes, major murder cases, etc., which is contrary to the serious face of traditional newspaper industry, grounded and full of fireworks, and everyone loves it.

There is a saying among the people: condoms, mutton bubbles and dog skin plasters.

The words are not rough, and the Huashang Daily was very vulgar at first.

△ Content style of Huashang Daily

By July 1998, a year after the revision, the circulation of China Business Daily had reached more than 404,000 copies. This is something that really needs to be bought with money, which is even more rare than a WeChat official account fan who has increased by 1 million a year in the new media era.

An elder once told us that a person’s fate depends on self-struggle, of course, but also on the historical process.

The rapid rise of China Business Daily coincided with the upsurge of metropolis daily.

In the middle and late 1990s, the rapid development of China society made news and information just needed, while the flexible and fast metropolis newspaper, which is close to people’s livelihood, became a profiteering industry, with a continuous growth rate of 25%.

In 1998, the profit and tax of the media industry surpassed the tobacco industry for the first time and became the fourth pillar industry in China.

Standing on the tuyere, even a pig can fly. But, first of all, you have to stand in the air.

02. Walk on two legs

Along with the reform of newspaper content, there are also distribution methods, which should be able to write and sell.

The traditional distribution channel of newspapers and periodicals depends on the post office. Readers go to the post office to subscribe, and the postman is responsible for delivery, which is equivalent to adding an industry in the middle, with slow response and low efficiency.

Hua Shang Bao initiated the method of "door-to-door subscription and delivery to households", and set up a distribution team of its own. Employees went to the door to subscribe to readers and delivered newspapers to the door. Newspapers deal directly with readers, which is convenient and flexible, and its circulation has increased greatly.

For publicity, the newspaper’s distributors wore uniform work clothes, yellow hats and yellow vest, and the newspaper delivery carriage was also painted yellow, with the words "Huashang Daily" printed on it. They went in and out of various communities and became the most familiar strangers to the citizens.

Just like today’s US delegation and hungry takeaway riders.

△ The yellow vest team is neat

In fact, Zhang Fuhan brought his style in the army to the enterprise and made the publishers become a unified team. Therefore, some media called him the "commander" of the newspaper industry in his early years.

In addition to delivering newspapers, Huang Majia has gradually expanded its business, starting to deliver milk, book tickets, deliver tickets and recycle old books. In 2002, Huang Majia began to operate as a company and became a logistics and distribution enterprise.

"Yellow vest, convenient for thousands of families" is a slogan familiar to many citizens.

This equity transfer, Huangmajia logistics can become an important asset, which is from then on. Some readers left a message saying: Huang Majia was too active to send things. I still remember the helplessness of being woken up at 6 o’clock in the morning to get the express delivery.

Readers are consumers. When the circulation of newspapers is high, there will be more advertisements. In 1999, the advertising revenue of China Business Daily exceeded 100 million yuan.

△ The advertisement of "China Business Daily" in 1998, compare the house prices.

In the previous newspapers, journalists had to write articles as well as pull advertisements, and articles might be "paid news". After the reform of Huashang Daily, journalists were required to be only responsible for articles, and advertising department staff were responsible for revenue.

Content and advertising walk on two legs, fast and steady.

In 2002, the advertising volume of Xi ‘an in the media was about 700 million yuan, while Huashang Daily accounted for 320 million, almost half, and it was recognized as the overlord, while the advertising revenue of Shaanxi TV Station was only over 100 million yuan.

With the steady growth of revenue, the newspaper began to focus on the content, from the early street secular style to the deep and serious content.

In 2003, China Business Daily sent a special correspondent to the Middle East to cover the LUQIU LUWEI-Iraq war, which was the third batch of China journalists to cover the Iraq war zone after of Phoenix TV and Shui Junyi of CCTV.

△ Huashang Daily reporter Zhang Hongwei’s photographic work "Iraqi Refugees at Gunpoint"

In 2003, Jiang Xue, the chief reporter of the newspaper, was named the man of the year in China.

The main achievement is that she reported the incident of "husband and wife watching porn, and the police came to check": in 2002, a couple in Yan ‘an watched a small film at home and were reported. When the police went to investigate, there was a conflict between the two sides and the parties were criminally detained.

China Business Daily’s continuous follow-up report on this incident has triggered a discussion on the division of public power and private power in the national legal circle, which is conducive to the improvement of the rule of law and reflects the value of media participation in social progress.

Every year on New Year’s Day, the newspaper will also send a summary and forward-looking editorial:

In 2008, "The Times of Great Changes: We Stick to and Change"

In 2009, "Carrying your expectations and my longings, going forward through the storm"

In 2010, let’s become more mature, calm and powerful in the crisis.

As can be seen from the title, the article is conveying a message: this is a newspaper with pursuit and texture.

If you want good content, the key is to live your mind.

During the 2006 World Cup, Hua Shang Bao invited Jia Pingwa, a local writer, to open a column and write a commentary on football, which attracted many readers.

Jia Lao’s writing style is unusual, and everything he writes has a local flavor. For example, "Being a coach is not a role of lying flat. Catch pigs and see sows, and what kind of coaches there are. "

Some readers commented: "A newspaper, a writer, can only get readers’ love and welcome if they know their thoughts and interests."

03. The Rise and Fall of the Empire

In 2004, at the first annual meeting of China’s newspaper competitiveness, Huashang Daily ranked 16th among the "Top 20 National Evening Newspapers", and ranked among the top four for the next three consecutive years.

Huashang Media Group was also established in 2004. Southern Weekend, a brother unit, said: "In the west, a newspaper called Huashang Daily is quietly drawing a blueprint for expansion with capital and talents as the link."

It’s about China Business Daily’s operation of media outside Shaanxi and across provinces.

As early as 1999, the newspaper invested and operated Changchun’s New Culture Newspaper, copied its successful model and became the first newspaper in local circulation.

Later, after the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese brokered the bridge, it began to operate the Chinese Morning Post under the Liaoning Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, which was also successful, with a peak circulation of 600,000 copies and an advertising income of 230 million.

The best-selling newspapers in the northeast were captured by Laoshan.

Together with Chongqing Times in Chongqing and People’s Life in Tianjin, Huashang Media is the only media group in China that operates metropolis daily in several regions.

In 2008, he went abroad and invested and operated the South African Chinese Newspaper in Africa, with a circulation of 30,000 copies.

Besides newspapers, there are also periodicals. Its fashion magazines Mingshi Shuyuan, financial magazine Qianjing, travel magazine Auto go on road trip and Volkswagen Digest are also at the forefront of their respective tracks.

△ cover of fashion magazine "Shuyuan"

Huashang. com is an important portal website in the pre-Internet era, among which the Chinese Business Forum is the most popular, and it is a public opinion position for netizens to give directions and reprimand Fang Qiu.

During the outbreak of the "South China Tiger Incident" in 2007, everyone gathered here to discuss, which became the most popular and best online expression space.

However, the "South China Tiger Forum" was closed only for more than five months, which also reflected a dilemma in the development of the media.

On September 28th, 2011, the advertising revenue of China Business Daily reached 15 million, which was a miracle. This year, the total advertising revenue of newspapers exceeded 1 billion, which is unparalleled in the western newspaper industry.

There is a cloud in the Book of Changes that Kang Long has regrets. This is the peak and final glory of China Business Daily.

On January 21 of the same year, Tencent WeChat was officially launched, and the tide of mobile Internet swept through, and traditional media began to suffer a huge impact.

At first, China Business Daily followed closely. In 2012, it opened WeChat official account and began to publish content on new media.

On May 11th, 2015, the "Chinese Business Headlines" APP was launched. On the same day, the front page of the newspaper was blank, leaving only one headline "Where is the headline?" And attach a QR code to advertise your products.

By viral spread, it attracted 300,000 people to download it that day.

△ Huashang Daily, which will play

Although I saw the general trend, I was trapped in the editing and operation mode of traditional media, and I couldn’t completely turn to the new media mode. Even if I left early, I fell behind when I walked.

This is also a strange circle that most enterprises can’t escape: when starting a business, they dare to ride the wind and waves and be bold. Once they succeed, they will become bureaucratic groups, or they will be complacent or have serious internal friction, and it is difficult to turn around when they meet new enthusiasm.

Hu Tiehua, a media person, recalled that at a meeting of Huashang. com, an executive conveyed the words of the boss:

"Serving netizens, netizens can’t give us money, only customers can give money, so in the future, news and forums should serve customers. We want to B, not to C!"

From attaching importance to users to despising users, it also indicates the direction of enterprises.

In 2013, the advertising revenue of China Business Daily dropped from a peak of over 1 billion to 800 million. With the decline in business performance, a new financial owner came.

On June 27th, 2013, Huawen Media Investment Group in Hainan acquired Huashang Media for a total price of 1.8 billion yuan. In fact, in 2006, Huawen Media took a stake in Chinese businessmen and obtained 61.25% equity, and this time it was 100% holding.

This media empire in Xi ‘an no longer belongs to the ancient city alone.

In the same year, a reporter named Wang Wei resigned, wrote an article "Why did I leave Huashang Daily", and once screened the screen in the media industry. He pointed out many symptoms of paper media:

"In addition to institutional constraints, newspapers have become more and more like advertising paper from a newsprint because of operational pressure. The hotline number gradually decreased, and reporters began to chase after the Internet and Weibo. The next day, all the leftovers were published.

Before the paper media can complete its professional turn, and even before it can complete the news content subdivision in the era of mobile Internet ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. "

△ Huashang Daily Building

2015 is an eventful year for China Business Daily.

In September, the newspaper began to lay off employees, and employees pulled a banner at the entrance of the building, "Unscrupulous Chinese Business Daily laid off old employees innocently". Thirty years in Hedong and thirty years in Hexi, the media that once defended the rights of ordinary people has itself become the target of crusade by defenders.

At the end of the year, the in-depth news department of the newspaper was dissolved. Because doing an in-depth report requires a lot of manpower and material resources, but the impact may not be as good as short news on the Internet, and it is difficult to bring in income.

In order to save costs, many newspapers have to dissolve the depth department.

In this regard, some netizens said: The wolf didn’t come, and he scared himself to death first.

04. Unknown future

The decline of traditional media started from the inside.

WeChat official account of China Business Daily just copied the contents of the paper media, and the orientation of the new media was not obvious, and it lacked its own style, so it was difficult to continue the domineering of the paper media era. The Chinese headline APP is rough and monotonous, and the iteration is slow, and it has not become a success.

Today’s headlines, such as the "new world" of traditional media entrepreneurs, have become the mainstream of this era.

Their distinctive feature is to interact closely with readers (fans) and produce and spread their favorite content.

Metropolis Daily, which used to attach importance to users, now keeps a straight face, and releases news like an earlier official media, without digging deep into demand.

From 2017 to 2019, the advertising revenues of Huashang Media and its subsidiaries were 290 million, 200 million and 150 million respectively, which declined year by year and the scenery was no longer there.

In 2019, its Chinese Business Morning Post and Chongqing Times ceased publication. In March this year, the New Culture Newspaper also stopped publishing.

When the empire was founded, it was difficult to attack the city. Once it collapsed, it was instantly destroyed.

△ In 1998, the crew of Water Margin congratulated Huashang Daily.

This time, Huashang Media was acquired by Xi ‘an Qujiang Financial Holdings with deep pockets and joined the embrace of state-owned enterprises, but how to go next is still unpredictable.

According to the audit report, from January to April this year, Huashang Media achieved a total operating income of 250 million yuan, a total operating cost of 268 million yuan and an operating profit of 28.13 million yuan, which was excellent during the epidemic.

As a media brand, the influence of Huashang Daily is crucial, and how to better serve the citizens and promote the social development of a place is more valuable.

There used to be thousands of newsstands in Xi ‘an, which was the benchmark of the city’s culture. Now, we can’t find one after walking through many streets. It’s time to completely abandon traditional thinking.

The form of media and readers’ reading habits have changed, but news and information itself are still just needed. The so-called media transformation is to stick to its own brand advantages and change the mode of communication.

This requires strategic thinking and more execution.

Looking back on 2004, the Chinese business newspaper won the Chongqing Times, and the sword pointed to the mountain city. Faced with fierce local competition, Zhang Fuhan asked the distribution team to make a military order. If it failed, it would pack up and leave.

Huang Majia promoted the whole city of Chongqing by carpet, washing the streets on the ground and the buildings in the air. At last, the circulation of the newspaper reached 168,000 on the first day of publication, which exceeded 300,000 in that year and became the first in Chongqing’s newspaper circulation.

The potential pushes people, and people succeed. Legends are made by actions, but how much ambition can people have today?

No matter whether the monthly salary is 3000 yuan or 30000 yuan, I still want to be with them during the New Year.

Obviously, there are thousands of Chinese New Year plans, but you still choose to be with your family.

East and west, north and south, north and south, east and west. It is the love of relatives, warming the way home. We invited four interviewees to spend the Spring Festival with their relatives to talk about our Spring Festival.

I went home by train for 28 hours.

My tears almost came out when my daughter hugged me.

43-year-old Fang Yongsheng driving school coach

I went home on the 16th. Driving school had a holiday on the 20th, so I went home early. There are fewer people practicing driving at the end of the year, so leaving early will not affect the coach’s schedule. Pay less for a few days, go home once a year, and stay at home for a few more days during the New Year. The most important thing in Chinese is family ties, and Chinese New Year is our biggest festival.

My home is in Qiqihar, and I came back from Beijing by slow train, which took me 28 hours. I got home the next morning just in time for breakfast. My family prepared hot tofu and pig-killing dishes, which I had been craving for a year and finally ate.

That afternoon, when my daughter came home from class, she called out to her father as soon as she entered the door and threw herself into my arms. I was both excited and guilty, and my tears were almost coming out. I am not at home at ordinary times, and I have too little company with my children. My daughter is in the sixth grade this year, and she is more sensible. She will video with me every weekend. Some time ago, every video asked me when I would go home, expecting me to come back quickly.

I was in a hurry when I got home, and I didn’t prepare her a gift for the New Year. But I will buy her new clothes and delicious food in the next two days. Although the taste of these years is weak, there are indispensable gifts for the New Year, especially for children, who don’t like gifts.

I remember when I was 13 years old, my aunt bought me a suit like a military uniform. I liked it very much. I put on new clothes and dreamed of becoming a soldier in the future. When I went to make a snowman and have a snowball fight with my friends, I changed my new clothes for fear of getting dirty. Contrary to expectations, when I signed up as a soldier at the age of 18, I didn’t report it. At that time, the rule was that the only child could not go, which became a regret in my life.

There is only one child in my family now, but there is no such rule now. If she wants to be a soldier in the future, I will support her.

  Parents care about their children.

Always more concerned about parents than children.

  41-year-old Zhou Wei’s full-time mother

In fact, my New Year in Zhejiang is also a reunion, and our family of three will spend the New Year with my parents-in-law. However, at this time of year, I can always feel the flavor of the year from my hometown of Yunnan, which is a deep concern.

My husband is from Zhejiang, and I am from Yunnan. We worked and lived in Kunming for the first six years after we got married, and we often went back to my hometown on holidays. Later, we moved to Zhejiang. When the children were left unattended after school, I resigned and became a full-time mother. Gradually, the focus of life is on children. The Chinese New Year arrangement is the same.

This year, my child is in the second year of high school, and the final grade has risen slightly. There are 500 students in the grade, and she ranks 73rd. We are happy, but we are also nervous. We hope she can stabilize and continue to make progress. She ranked 25th in English, but 299th in math. Charging during holidays is necessary, and online classes are arranged every day. Therefore, stay and study honestly during the holidays.

The last time I went back to my hometown for the Spring Festival was three years ago. My children were still in junior high school, and we stayed in my hometown for more than ten days. At that time, the flavor of the year was not only the delicious food prepared by family members to evoke childhood memories, but also the enthusiasm of friends and relatives who had not seen each other for many years. That year, it happened to be the 20th anniversary of my graduation from high school, and we held a class reunion.

Every Spring Festival when I don’t go back to my hometown, my dad will send me some hometown specialties, as well as ham, bacon and sausage he pickled himself. I can feel their concern, but I can only sigh that I am too busy.

Parents care about their children, always more than children care about their parents. I will spend more time with my children in my hometown when they take the college entrance examination next year.

  When you can’t go home

We will take our sons and daughters to the construction site to celebrate the New Year together.

  53-year-old Chen Meiqin railway worker

I was very lucky this year. I went home on my first day in Spring Festival travel rush. In the early morning of the 10th, we took a free high-speed train for migrant workers from Beijing to Chengdu to go home. There is no need to grab tickets, and it is not crowded. We are all very happy along the way.

My husband and I both work on the construction site of the railway bureau. Most of the time, we are at the same construction site. However, this time we were assigned to two construction sites. I followed the construction team to the construction site in Beijing a month ago, and my husband did the finishing work at another construction site. After that, he can come to me.

Over the years, we have followed the project construction and visited many places. Under normal circumstances, I will go home early in the New Year and spend time with the elderly and children at home. My daughter graduated from college this year and started working. My son is still in junior high school. When we are away all the year round, our children naturally become left-behind children. Fortunately, they are all excellent and don’t let us worry.

When we can’t go home, we will take them all to the construction site. In 2011, we worked in Chengdu Metro. Because the construction site must keep people, and it is relatively close to my home, we took my parents and children to the construction site for the New Year. I remember that year’s New Year’s Eve dinner, the leaders gave us red envelopes, and the family members also had red envelopes of 100 yuan each. Leaders welcome family members to visit relatives at the construction site, and we are also at ease. Spend the New Year with my family, no matter where I am, I am very happy.

Of course, we also hope to work near home, but the wages of construction sites near home are not high. We provide for two children to go to school, and the burden is not light. I went out to work at the age of 18, and at that time I could do nothing, which was even harder. Do the work on the railway site now, and it is not so tiring to do it when you are familiar with it. I now earn six or seven thousand yuan a month, with five insurances and one gold. I feel quite good. When our son graduates from college, we can have a rest.

Although I let my parents down

But their love for me is not less.

  36-year-old lin li website editor

It’s not the Spring Festival yet, and my family is already busy. My parents came to Beijing from the northeast in advance to accompany me. I am the only child in my family, unmarried and single. We spent the Spring Festival for more than 30 years together.

My parents couldn’t stay idle when they came to Beijing. When I went to work, they went to Jingshan Park to give me a blind date. When I got off work, they were waiting for me at the gate of the community. I know that I don’t have an advantage in the blind date market. On this day, they experienced disappointment again. My parents are 63 years old. They want me to have my own family and children. I want to satisfy all their wishes, but I have no choice in this matter.

Families of the same age, at this time may be the most noisy children. In my family, my mother can only continue to treat me as a child. She is full of fried dough twists, fried dried fruits and jiaozi stuffed with pork and green onions. These are my favorite foods when I was a child. I will hug my mother, rub her face and tell her that it is delicious, just like when I was a child!

These two days, my fourth aunt came to Beijing to see a doctor. She decided not to go back to the northeast for the New Year, so she rented a 120-square-meter house near the hospital and invited her aunt and her family to come to Beijing for the New Year. The New Year’s Bureau of the three families was thus organized.

Unlike before, Chinese New Year is always busy preparing new year’s goods and making grand dinners. Food doesn’t seem to be very important now, but they still like to get together at this time and talk about their children.

The old sisters are always full of energy together. They also bought tickets and will go to Hainan for reunion on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year. My uncle’s family spent the Spring Festival in Hainan, where they bought a house. However, I think it may be necessary to persuade them to refund their tickets in view of the current epidemic situation.
