  On September 16, 2013, Henan Bohuang and Beijing Bohuang reached an agreement, and Beijing Bohuang fully accepted the creditor’s rights and debts of Henan Bohuang. At the same time, the agreement stipulates: "Henan Bohuang shall change all the shares to Beijing Bohuang or its signing funders within three working days."

  China Economic Weekly reporter found that in this drama, Beijing Bohuang has been playing the role of "shell company". According to a person familiar with the matter, entrepreneur Liang Yuhong and other three founding shareholders started the company, and the funds raised were only a few million yuan, so they were unable to undertake the project construction with a total investment of not less than 3.2 billion yuan.
